She is the creator of the www.TheOrganizedArtistCompany.com, dedicated to helping creative people get unstuck, especially by helping them focus and move forward on their goals. She has a gift for authentic marketing, having spent 15 years as a Personal Branding Expert for Sam Christensen Studios. Now based in a tiny beach town outside of Los Angeles, CA, Bennett offers workshops, keynotes and private consulting. She also makes a heck of a roast chicken.
PERSONAL BRANDING SPECIALIST
Samantha is also a Senior Facilitator at Sam Christensen Studios, specializing in Personal Branding and Identity Definition. It was out of her work at Sam Christensen that the Get It Done! Workshop and, by extension, The Organized Artist Company was born, and she is forever grateful for the loving support she, along with thousands of other artists, has received there. If you’re in doubt about who you truly are or how people perceive you, you should contact Sam Christensen Studios right away. Seriously. (www.samchristensen.com)
WORKING ACTOR AND WRITER
Originally from Chicago, where she worked at the world-famous Second City Theatre (www.secondcity.com), Samantha moved to Los Angeles in 1994. Samantha is a former member and proud supporter of one of Los Angeles’ premier 99-seat theatre companies, The Open Fist Theatre Company (www.openfist.org). She has also worked with LA TheatreWorks (www.latw.org) and ComedySportz (www.comedysportz.com) and has extensive television and film credits. Her writing experience includes her authorship of the one-person show “Kiss The Monster” and co-authoring the hit comedy, “Miss Millicent’s Fall Recital,” as well as writing the book for the musical, “In A Booth At Chasen’s.” She has also contributed hundreds of hours of comedy to corporations everywhere through her work with The Second City’s Business Theatre.
Despite having no background in business, computers, internet sales or programming, Samantha is pleased to find herself an Infusionsoft expert. She is one of a handful of consultants certified by Infusionsoft, the leader in small business sales and marketing. She was honored as an Ultimate Marketer Finalist at Infusioncon 2010, and if you’d like to talk about automated business systems, she’d LOVE to and she promises it will be neither boring nor sales-y. Give her a call at: (805) 881-3699.
Samantha’s additional studies include courses in Organizational Diagnostics at Community at Work (www.communityatwork.com) in San Francisco, CA and in Group and Meeting Facilitation Via Consensus at the International Institute for Facilitation and Change (www.iifac.org) in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Which is a long way of saying she’s done some learning about how groups function, how decisions get made and how agreements occur.
